A 50 min Free Consultation to determine your fitness level and Personal Goals. I will measure your Cardiovascular Fitness, Core Strength, Flexibility, Body Mass Index, Blood Pressure and Heart Rate, and gain an insight into your personal goals.

Together we will plan a schedule that will produce measurable results and be fun.

I will include: bodyweight exercise, free weights, Olympic lifts, Powerlifting, core strength exercises.
